real one, not a camping crib. We enjoyed a spacious family apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. The location near Kyoto Station was perfect for our travels, though we experienced some noise from the nearby street at night.

Had an amazing stay! The Family Apartment was spacious enough for all of us, with comfy beds and a cozy seating area. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we loved having umbrellas available during the rainy days. A convenient location close to Kyoto Station made it easy to explore the city.

We missed having pajamas for the kids.

The location was just perfect, steps away from the station so getting around was a breeze for us. Plus, the staff were really attentive, helping us with luggage and suggesting local spots to visit. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our stay memorable.

Excellent Location with Amazing Staff

I had a fantastic stay, especially because of the incredible location right across from the train station, which made it easy to explore Kyoto. The family apartment was spacious and well-appointed, perfect for our needs. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with cabs and offering great suggestions for local sights and dining. One area for improvement would be the room change process. it felt a bit rushed and could have been communicated better.
