the hotel is gorgeous with very helpful staff and city views. good and perfect location, really close to an up-to-date mall. walking distance to shopping centres and convenience stores across the street.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready with tips for exploring Kyoto. The location was perfect, just moments from the station, and our spacious apartment was beautifully decorated. Cleanliness was mostly good, though a little more attention under the sofa bed would be great!

It was a very nice experience. Everything was excellent, fairly clean hotel, excellent location in kyoto station. The staff were welcoming and exceptional, nothing too much trouble. Location: the venue was adjacent to all the trains and the bus to the airport, and restaurants, and transport, restaurants and convenience stores. Spent our evenings in nearby Octavar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
